TICKETS
All tickets available through Ticketmaster.com.au and 136 100. This is a licensed event. All patrons, including minors & babies, must have a valid ticket for entry. Please note that Companion Cards can only be used when purchasing General Admission tickets.

MINORS/BABES IN ARMS POLICY
Our concert events are deemed not suitable for young children or infants. This is a licenced event where alcohol will be served. It is located on a greenfield site with limited lighting while the performance will take place. If you choose to attend with a minor (under 18+), they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full risk. All patrons, including minors and infants must have a valid ticket for entry. If a minor is NOT ACCOMPANIED by their parent/legal guardian, they will be refused entry to the concert and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.

SET TIMES & LINE-UP
Occasionally changes to the line-up and/or program times occur that are out of the Promoters control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the line-up and/or program times without prior notification.

WHAT TO BRING
Picnic rug and hamper, jacket, sun hat, sunscreen, sealed plastic bottled water/soft drink only (NO BYO Alcohol), comfy shoes and good vibes. For seating, see below. Empty aluminium or plastic water bottles are permitted to be brought into the venue for free filling at the water stations. 

SEATING
All reserved seating tickets include a dedicated seat.
-Diamond, Platinum and Gold seating are standard high back chairs, located on the Deck. 
-Silver seating is low-to-the-ground beach style chairs, located on the grass. 
-General Admission ticket holders will need to bring their own picnic rug or seat if desired.
Low-to-the-ground beach style chairs are recommended in the General Admission area. High back (deck/camping) chairs are permitted, however will be positioned at the rear of the venue.
A seating area is provided for those with wheelchair requirements.

My General Admission tickets say "GENADM" but have row and seat number on them - what does this mean?
This is for ticket tracking purposes only. This information does not mean you have a reserved seat for the event - ONLY Diamond, Platinum, Gold & Silver tickets come with reserved seating.

IMPORTANT – COVID SAFETY INFORMATION
Your health and safety is of the upmost important to us. We are working closely with the state Health Department to ensure all our shows comply with current directions from national and state government.
Closer to the date we will provide detailed information on how we will ensure your experience in Kings Park is COVID Safe.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There are a range of public transport options connecting you to Kings Park & Botanic Garden. Please refer to the Transperth Journey Planner to plan your journey.

BUS SHUTTLE SERVICE  
Shuttle buses run along Lovekin Drive & May Drive from 4pm - 7pm, picking up patrons at the lighting towers and delivering to main gate (Gate 1). Please note this is a ONE-WAY SERVICE ONLY, helping inbound patrons to enter the show. There are no return shuttle services. We kindly ask for a gold coin donation for this service – all proceeds go to Ronald McDonald House Perth.

FOOD
A wide range of food options to suit all tastes and budgets will be available for purchase at the venue. Visit jdsfastfoods.com.au to view food vendors in attendance, menus and to pre-order grazing boxes. Patrons can also visit ticketmaster.com.au to pre-order grazing boxes. Alternatively, patrons may bring their own food/picnic. Please be aware of prohibited items listed under “Not Permitted”.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are prohibited from entering the venue:
• Glass (Perfume bottles are permitted).
• Unsealed drink containers (empty reusable water bottles permitted).
• Gang related masks, headwear, or helmets.
• Any weapons or dangerous goods such as aerosols, flares, fireworks, knives (small blunt cheese knives permitted) and any inappropriate metal cutlery.
• Large Items – Bean bags & air beds, stand-alone tables (including picnic tables), sun shelters, eskies larger than 26L, trolleys or wagons, tall or reclining chairs, bags over 50x50x20cm.
• Umbrellas and shade structures including tents.
• Sporting equipment.
• Animals (registered assistance animals are permitted and may require proof of registration).
• Alcohol and Illicit Drugs (Prescription medication must be approved by Event Staff medical personnel).
• Digital Cameras, Video Recording, and Audio Recording devices such as an SLR or Go Pro (not including mobile phones), tripods and selfie sticks.
• Drones - recreational and commercial without the prior consent and approval of the Promoter.
• Third party promotional material such as stickers, flyers, posters, wristbands, or tickets.
• Items that in the opinion of the Promoter and Venue could cause harm or public nuisance included but limited to wine spikes, flags, laser pointers and powerful torch lights.

All bags, containers and items are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Certain confiscated items can be collected from the cloakroom via security. The Promoter does not take responsibility or liability for cloaked items or items you bring to the venue.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. No Pass Outs.

POST SHOW ROAD CLOSURE
Lovekin Drive (in front of concert venue) & the pre-show drop off zone will be closed to all vehicles from just prior to show end for up to 1 hour post show.
For Patrons being picked-up after the show the pick-up point is the Wadjuk Carpark.

CONCERT DAYS – PARKING, ROAD CLOSURES AND TRAFFIC ADVICE

 PARKING

  • There is ample free general parking on the verges along Lovekin, May and Forrest Drives. Drivers are encouraged to reverse-park to allow easy exit at the end of the night. 
  • ACROD Parking & ACROD Drop Off/Pick Up is located near Gate 2 on Forrest Drive near the DNA Tower.  Note: All vehicles must enter Forrest Drive from the Crawley end of Kings Park as no access from Lovekin Drive (city end) is permitted.

ROAD CLOSURES

  • Forrest Drive between Lovekin Drive and the DNA Tower will be closed to pedestrians, vehicles and cyclists from approximately 2.30pm onwards on concert days.
  • Lovekin Drive between Forrest Roundabout and Forrest Drive (in front of concert venue - main Gate 1 & Ticket Box area) and the pre-show drop off zone will be closed to all vehicles just prior to show end for up to 1 hour post show.

DROP-OFF ZONE– Pre & Post Show

  • A drop-off zone is available in front of the concert venue - main Gate 1 & Ticket Box area on Lovekin Drive (map located below).

For General Pick-Ups

  • Forrest Carpark (near the boab tree) - Note: Vehicle entry via Fraser Avenue or May Drive / Forrest Roundabout
  • Wadjuk Carpark (behind Frasers Restaurant) – Set Down Zone - Note: Vehicle entry via Fraser Avenue / May Drive

For Taxis & Rideshare (i.e. Uber, etc)

  • Wadjuk Carpark – Set Down Zone (behind Frasers Restaurant) - Note: Vehicle entry via May Drive or Fraser Avenue

 PARKED VEHICLES - DEPARTING KINGS PARK – Post Show

For those parked on May Drive:
Exit via Fraser Avenue and Saw Avenue

For those parked on Lovekin Drive:
ONLY Exit westbound (towards Subiaco / away from the city) via Park, Poole and Saw Avenues

For those parked on Forrest Drive:
ONLY Exit southbound via Park Avenue (Crawley end of park)

CARPARK CLOSURES - Closures on Concert Days

  • Botanic Garden Carpark - closed until late December 2019.
  • Forrest Carpark - closed on all concert dates from 8.00am.  Opens just before show finishes for general pick-ups.
  • Wadjuk Carpark - managed by traffic attendants from approx 2.00pm.
  • Wanju Marr Carpark & DNA Tower Carpark - closed on all concert dates from 8.00am - 12 midnight.

 GENERAL – PLEASE REMEMBER

  • We have provided Drop-off and Pick-Up zones as close to the venue entry (Gate 1 & Gate 2) as possible.
  • We recommend you allow adequate time to get to the concert as you may need to park and walk a considerable distance. Patrons are encouraged to follow signage and staff directions.
  • We ask Patrons to please be patient & courteous.
  • Shuttle buses will run along Lovekin and May Drive (pre-show only) from 4pm – 7pm.  They will pick up people from the lighting towers and drop to the main gate (Gate 1).  We kindly ask for a gold coin donation for this service – all proceeds go to Ronald McDonald House Perth.

Note: Penalties apply for illegal parking.
