All tickets available through Ticketmaster.com.au and 136 100. This is a licensed event. All patrons, including minors & babies, must have a valid ticket for entry. Please note that Companion Cards can only be used when purchasing General Admission tickets.

All minors under 18 years of age who have purchased a ticket will only be permitted into the concert site if they are accompanied by their parent/step-parent or legal guardian. If a minor is NOT ACCOMPANIED by their parent/step-parent or legal guardian they will be refused entry to the concert and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.
SET TIMES & LINE-UP
Occasionally changes to the line-up and/or program times occur that are out of the Promoters control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the line-up and/or program times without prior notification.
WHAT TO BRING
Picnic rug and hamper, jacket, sun hat, sunscreen, sealed plastic bottled water/soft drink (only), comfy shoes and good vibes.
All reserved seating tickets include a dedicated seat.
Front Diamond, Diamond, Platinum and Gold seating are standard high back chairs.
General Admission ticket holders will need to bring their own picnic rug or seat if desired.
Low back beach style chairs are recommended in the General Admission area. High back (deck/camping) chairs are permitted, however will be positioned at the rear of the venue.
A seating area is provided for those with wheelchair requirements.
My General Admission tickets say "GENADM" but have row and seat number on them - what does this mean?

A wide range of food options to suit all tastes and budgets will be available for purchase at the venue. Patrons can visit ticketmaster.com.au to pre-order hampers. Alternatively patrons may bring their own food/picnic. Please be aware of prohibited items listed under “Not Permitted”.
Strictly NO BYO alcohol and NO glass items. This is a fully licensed event. No tables or umbrellas, professional SLR cameras, video or recording equipment, metal cutlery, wine spikes, bean bags, tents or sun shelters. Sir James Mitchell Park is a smoke free venue.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. No Pass Outs.
TRANSPORT & PARKING
Free public transport (bus, train and ferry) is provided for all ticket holders. Simply show your valid concert ticket as proof to ride.
Check www.transperth.wa.gov.au for timetables and www.mellenevents.com for updates to help plan your journey. We do not recommend driving to the event as there is very limited parking available and free public transport provided. Should you still choose to drive, limited parking is located adjacent to the event site. Parking entrance is on Coode Street. Please do not park on road verges or local residents properties. ACROD parking entrance is on Coode Street.
